About the Chef – Anna Sgroi
Anna Sgroi is a chef unlike any other. Born in Sicily, shaped by northern Italy, and refined through decades of culinary dedication in Hamburg – where she held Michelin stars at three locations for more than 25 years.
Inspired by Gualtiero Marchesi, the first Italian chef to earn three Michelin stars, Anna blends regional Italian cuisine with minimalist elegance. Her dishes tell stories – rooted in memory, terroir, and Italian soul.
